Previously Used Remote Proctoring Sites

A remote proctor site administers exams for online courses in-person and is the students responsibility to locate. Webcam proctoring services are not accepted by the University of Oregon. Below is a list of locations previously used by other students.  All students need to reach out to the potential proctor to confirm that the proctor is able and willing to accommodate the student BEFORE submitting a remote proctor request form. This following is not a comprehensive list of potential remote proctor locations and the policies of these sites are subject to change.

  • All fees associated with the remote proctor are the responsibility of the student.
  • If students are travelling abroad, they will need to provide a URL to the institution's website in the "Additional Notes" section of the request form that includes the Remote Proctors name, position, and email address. Request for international proctors that do not do not include a URL listing all three of the above requirements will NOT be approved.
